If you want to have some styles in the drop down you actually need to do one more thing. You must create the styles that you want as children to the stylesheet that you've attached to the richtext editor. This means going to the Settings section and right click the stylesheet you attached to the editor. Now you can create all of the styles tht you need in the drop down.

I have made a css file and included that in "Developer" - "Datatype" - "Richtext editor". But the styles dont appear in the dropdown?

The main stylesheet that you create is for the styling inside of the richtext editor, but you probably already know this :)
